Pongracz Nectar Rosé 750ml

Pongrácz Nectar Rosé Light is a medium-sweet, lower-alcohol Cap Classique sparkling wine made in the Méthode Cap Classique style, meaning it undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle. It features a salmon pink hue and is crafted from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. 

The wine offers ripe berry aromas, balanced by a refreshing acidity and a creamy mousse. The palate is complex with a medium-sweetness, complemented by flavours of strawberry and red berries, with underlying spicy notes. 

The wine has a firm mousse and persistent bubbles (bead) that contribute to a creamy mouthfeel. A versatile wine, enjoyable on its own or paired with various dishes, including chicken, seafood, oysters, and spicy foods. It is especially well-suited for brunch, picnics, sunsets, and dinners.
