1.      What is Booze Bae?

Booze Bae is a delivery service that affords you the convenience to order your favourite drinks and get them delivered to your desired location. Booze Bae gives you the convenience of selecting from a range of beverages, without the hassle of visiting a bottle store, bar or store. You can order through our website, WhatsApp or our call centre. You have the option of using cash or a card as a payment method.

 

2.      Where are you available?

Booze Bae currently serves the Dawn Park; Elspark; Klippoortjie; Rondebult; Salfin; Sunward Park; Villa Liza & Windmill Park communities. We plan to expand to other areas soon.

 

3.      What are your operating hours?

We are open from 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM from Monday to Sunday.  

 

You can also get their favourites from our partner store, Ezzie’s. Their operating hours are from 10:00 AM – 00:00 AM from Monday to Thursday and 10:00 AM – 2:00 AM from Friday to Sunday.

4.      What are your requirements to make an order?

Any person who makes an order with Booze Bae must be older than the age of 18 years (ID / Drivers licence verification required). You must be able to pay for the order with a valid debit card; credit card or cash. The order must be delivered within the areas that we serve.

 

5.      How can I view your products and prices?

The ‘Booze Bae Catalogue’ is available to you on all digital platforms. You can view our products by accessing the link to our catalogue www.boozebae.com .

 

Our consultants can walk you through our products according to your preference and availability. They are accessible both on our WhatsApp platform and through our call centre.

 

 

6.      What is the minimum order amount?

The minimum spend amount is R100 per order.

 

7.      What are my payment options?

You have the option to pay for your order using a debit card, credit card or cash.

 

8.      How do I order from Booze Bae?

Orders can be placed on our website, WhatsApp or via our call centre. Placing an order is easy, you can order your favourite drinks or choose from our product catalogue.

 

WhatsApp

·         Save the number 073 313 2218 as “Booze Bae” on your WhatsApp contact list.

·         Send a message with the words “Love your drink” and we will send you a welcome pack.

·         We will include the following items in our message: welcome letter; FAQs (frequently asked questions) document and link to our website.

·         Another message will be sent to ask if you would like to start to place an order.

·         Our consultants will take you through the ordering process step by step.

·         Once you have placed an order, we will send you a confirmation of your contact details; delivery address; delivery notes; the products on your order list; the total payment amount required for the order and a payment link.

·         If you are using a debit card or a credit card, we will send you a payment link to complete the purchase.

·         A confirmation message will be sent immediately to notify you of the approval status of the order.

·         When the order is approved we will package the products and send it to your address. We will send you a text to notify you that the order is on the way.

·         Our driver will call you once they have arrived at the delivery address. 

·         Check if the order is correct. Pop bottles!

·         Our call centre consultants will help you place an order and ensure that all the required products are confirmed for delivery.

·         Once the order has been placed the consultant will confirm your contact details; delivery address; delivery notes, the products on your order list and the total payment amount required for the order.

·         If you are using a debit card or a credit card, we will send you a payment link to complete the purchase.

·         A confirmation message will be sent immediately to notify you of the approval status of the order.

·         When the order is approved we will package the products and send it to your address. We will send you a text to notify you that the order is on the way.

·         Our driver will call you once they have arrived at the delivery address. 

·         Check if the order is correct. Pop bottles! 

 

9.      How do I know my order went through?

A text will be sent immediately to notify you of the approval status of the order.

 

10.  Is there a limit on the number of items I can order?

There is no limit on the amount of items you can order.

 

11.  Can I order now and have it delivered later?

Yes. You have the option to pre-order, payment for pre-orders must be made before delivery. Pre-order is only available for debit card or credit card purchases.

 

12.  What if my order is late?

You can check on the status of your order through our WhatsApp line on 073 313 2218 or our call centre on 011 568 9898.

13.  What are the Delivery Terms and Conditions?

Booze Bae reserves the right not to deliver to certain areas for distance, security and/or safety reasons. Please ensure your area falls within the specified delivery area.

 

Namely Dawn Park; Elspark; Klippoortjie; Rondebult; Salfin; Sunward Park; Villa Liza & Windmill Park communities. We plan to expand to other areas soon.

 

14.  Can I have my order delivered to any address?

Yes, provided the location is within the area we serve.

 

15.  Can I add delivery instructions?

Yes, you can add delivery notes e.g. Deliver at the small gate.

 

16.  How long does delivery take?

Our deliveries are usually made within an hour, however a delivery can take a bit longer due to a variety of factors such traffic, road accidents and technical errors.

 

17.  What do I do if there is an issue with the products delivered?

If you receive a defected or damaged product we will gladly replace it timeously.

 

18.  Can I tip the driver?

Yes, you are welcome to tip the driver. If you like add a tip using a debit card or credit card, we will gladly facilitate the tip for the driver.

 

 

Cancellations and Refunds

19.  Can I cancel an order?

Yes, you are welcome to cancel your order any time before we start packaging it for delivery.

 

20.  How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel an order through both our WhatsApp line and the call centre.

 

21.  Can I get a refund?

Should you require a refund in any form, please don't hesitate to contact us. We will gladly refund you accordingly, and ensure you get your money back.

 

22.  How long until I get my refund?

A cash refund can be made within 24 hours. A debit card or credit card usually takes 3-10 working days to reflect on your bank statement.
